Joel and I currently live up on the plateau in Sammamish, WA with our two young boys (Cameron & Spencer), and our yorkie Bella.  Joel works as a Practice Area Director at an IT consulting firm and downtown Seattle and I am a Civil Engineer in downtown Bellevue.

We’ve dreamed for years of buying property and building our home on it and this blog chronicles our journey from inception to the end…our dream home.
